Crystals heal energetically therefore it is vital to keep the crystals healthy and free from negativity. A daily cleansing of your piece is needed to keep the crystals clear and bright, this can be done with a wash in water or a smudge with herbs.
Jewellery should not be worn at night in bed nor should you spray perfume near a necklace, earrings or bracelet. Please see CARE OF YOUR CRYSTALS

The different colours of crystals attune to the colour rays and these rays in turn to the chakras. Each chakra is aligned to aspects of the body and crystals in harmony with the respective colour will heal correspondingly.
For example;
RUBY attunes to the colour RED and the BASE CHAKRA, it will heal dis-eases associated with the life-sustaining qualities such as blood-flow.
