I have been a healer all my life and have worked with crystals for 15 years. I am an intuitive healer, I sense where healing is needed and from my studies over the years I am able to choose the right crystal for the healing. I work from books like Melody - Love Is In The Earth, Luc Bourgault - The American Indian Secrets of Crystal Healing and Hazel Raven - Crystal Healing The Complete Practitioner's Guide and Crystal Healing A Vibrational Journey through the Chakras.
I am able to give intuitive healing to people on request and absent healing if you are unable to visit the Mystique New Age store where I will be taking part in workshops.

Grounding Meditation
Centre yourself within your heart.
Breathe deeply 3 times to your heart
Send the Love of your Heart for the Great Mother Earth down through your chakras and out through your feet to the Great Mother earth's Heart. When you reach Her Heart you will feel a vibe back that grounds you. Breathe to this grounding.
Now send the love of your heart up through your chakras and into the Universe. This will fill your mind with light and pray of protecting Mother earth with your Inner Star from the Light of your mind into the Universe.
You may see this star when you look up into a starry night.
Breathe in this centered way a while to find inner peace.
