The Chakras are the seven major energy points of the body and relate to the colours of the rainbow. They act as spirals of energy that permeate out into the spiritual essence of the being, the AURA. The colour of a person's Aura is directly related to the strength of the different chakras within their energy body.
RED - Base
ORANGE - Sacral
YELLOW- Solar Plexus
GREEN - Heart
BLUE - Throat
INDIGO - Brow
VIOLET - Crown

The different chakras are aligned to the spine in different positions and energise the body,heart, mind and spirit. As colour healing works on the chakras so can crystal healing be used to cleanse,balance and energise the different chakras. Crystals of the related colour can be worked with to heal the chakras. This will in turn heal all aspects of the being.
The physical aspects of the chakras are related to the parts of the body in the area of that chakra. The aspects of the mind are healed through the Brow Chakra and the aspects of the Spirit through the Crown Chakra. The flow of energy through the chakras is called the KUNDALINI and while initiated from the HEART flows from BASE to CROWN. This is as Earth to Heaven!
There are different qualities to crystal healing that relate to all four; mind,body,heart and spirit. Each unique crystal has healing powers relating to each one and can be worked with to enhance these unique aspects.
